Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Processing time

Every item is personalized and made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days before your order ships.

 

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-11 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

 

Holiday deadline

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 10. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but delivery can't be guaranteed during peak carrier season.

 

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
