Can I return a custom item?
Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
Do you make memorial gifts?
Yes. Many customers create keepsakes to honor a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge. Add a name and dates in the personalization notes.
Can I only use pet pictures, or can I use other pictures as well?
