Return and Refund Policy

 

Every Furever Keepsakes product is personalized and made to order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes chosen at checkout, or personalization details (photos, names, or spelling) submitted by the customer.

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will reprint your item at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier, including a free reprint where appropriate.

 

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

 

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
