How does personalization work?
On the product page, tap "Personalize" and upload your pet's photo (and their name, if the design includes one). You'll see a live preview before you add it to your cart.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus. Phone photos work great. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered shots, and try to use the original photo rather than a screenshot.
How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order in the USA. Production takes 2-4 business days, and shipping takes 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive within 5-11 business days.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 10 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Orders after that may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
Because every item is made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you.
Do you make memorial gifts?
Yes. Many of our customers create keepsakes to honor a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge. Add their name to make it extra special.
